Kristin Howard partnered with me as a UX designer at Lennox International. When I brought Kristin on to the team, she was making the transition from a B.A. Her senior manager spoke highly of her professionalism and commitment to excellence. Over the next year, she poured herself into a new discipline, gaining certifications and additional education without being prompted. Her curiosity and thoroughness made her transition a natural. She quickly began to excel, becoming one of my go-to designers for many projects, both small and large scale. Her attention to detail, ability to process critiques, and preparedness were unlike anyone I had managed at this point.

Aside from her technical capabilities, Kristin is a beautiful person. She is thoughtful and very kind. She connects with people on a level seldom seen in a fast-paced environment. One of the hardest parts about leaving the company was knowing that I would not have Kristin on my team delivering for me or brightening my day with her willingness to learn and eagerness to deliver. I've said this many times to my Senior VP, and I believe it wholeheartedly. Kristin Howard is going to be a star in this industry. It was a pleasure working with her, and if fate allows I will welcome the opportunity to do it again.
